Shipping

Delivery Method

All orders are shipped via express post at a flat rate of $15.00. Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia. 

Orders are shipped out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Orders placed before 10:00am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays will be shipped the same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next shipping day.

Please note that we do not ship chocolate orders on a Friday to avoid products being left in a warehouse over the weekend.   

Delivery Policy

We take great care with the shipping of your order to ensure it arrives in optimal condition. Thermal foil is utilised to ensure your products are protected from the elements. 

Shipment of your order may also be delayed in extreme heat to ensure the integrity of our product remains and you are receiving your products in optimal condition. In the event that we are unable to dispatch your order due to extreme heat, we will be in contact to advise you of the expected shipment date.

Zokoko cannot be held responsible for circumstances that are beyond our control such as service interruptions with Australia Post, or severe weather conditions. Zokoko takes no responsibility for melted product that is shipped to remote locations, however necessary measures are taken to avoid this from happening.
