What makes Zokoko unique?
Zokoko is one of only a handful of companies in Australia to make their chocolate from 'bean to bar'. That is, we work directly with growers to import the finest quality cacao beans and use vintage, artisan equipment and traditional methods to roast, mix and mould the chocolate in small batches, creating truly unique chocolate bars.
Are any of your products allergy friendly?
All of our products are gluten, soy and peanut free. Our dark chocolate bars are vegan friendly. However, please note that whilst all care is taken to avoid cross-contamination, these products are produced in a factory that utilises gluten, milk and tree nuts and our products may contain traces of these allergens.
My order is a gift, can you include a card in the delivery?
Yes. Please include your message in the notes section upon checkout and we will ensure a card is included in your delivery.
What days do you ship your products?
We ship our products Monday-Thursday each week via express post. We do not ship our products on a Friday to ensure that your items are arriving in optimal condition and are not left in a warehouse over the weekend. Orders placed before 10:00am will be sent out on the same day.
How should I store my chocolate?
Chocolate is best stored in a cool, dry place ideally between 15-20 degrees celsius. Keep your chocolate out of direct heat or sunlight and away from strongly fragranced items. Do not store your chocolate in the fridge as this can cause condensation to form on the chocolate.
How long are the expiry dates on your chocolate bars?
Our dark chocolate products have an expiry of 24 months after the production date. Our milk chocolate products have an expiry of 14 months are the production date.
